What KinFlash Stores

KinFlash stores the family-tree information you enter, including names, relationships, dates, places, notes, and file data you choose to add. This data is part of your local KinFlash family file.

Sharing and Export

If you export GEDCOM, send a KinFlash file, save through Files, or use iCloud Drive, Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or another service, that service handles the transfer or storage under its own privacy terms. KinFlash does not give 1041Soft a copy of your family tree.

AI Helpers

KinFlash may offer helper features for extracting names, dates, places, and relationships from text you provide. When a helper runs on your device, that work stays on your device. If you choose a third-party provider and enter your own API key, the text needed for that request is sent to the provider you selected under that provider's terms.

Diagnostics and Support

If you contact support, we receive whatever information you choose to include in your message, such as screenshots, device model, OS version, and a description of the issue.

Your Choices

• Delete a KinFlash file to remove that family tree from that location.
• Delete the app to remove app-local data from the device.
• Do not share or export a family file unless you want the recipient or selected service to receive it.
