HOABooklet turns one roster into a print-ready directory booklet and a website.
Email billdonner@gmail.com with the app name and version (shown on the main screen as v1.0 (18)), your macOS or iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. Bug reports that include the steps to reproduce get fixed fastest. If the problem involves a specific book, say whether it was imported from CSV, from a prior-year PDF, or created from a template.
Where does my book live? In a single .hoabooklet document. If iCloud is enabled it lives in the app's iCloud Documents container, so the same book opens on your Mac and iPhone. Otherwise it stays wherever you saved it.
How do I get a file my printer can use? Export PDF… produces the booklet as sequential 8.5×5.5 in pages, with a page count that is always a multiple of 4. Ask your print shop for saddle-stitch imposition on 8.5×11 folded.
Why are there blank pages at the back? Saddle-stitch binding requires a multiple of 4 pages. You can fill those blanks with your own content — see "Custom pages" in the app's help.
Can I edit the book in Word or Pages? Export Word… produces a .docx that opens in Pages or Word.
What happens to my photos? Imported and captured photos are stored byte-for-byte, never re-encoded, so print quality is whatever you supply.
